Intelliteach, a provider of outsourcing and managed IT services for law firms, has acquired Hilltop Consultants to expand its legal managed-services capabilities, adding cybersecurity, network/infrastructure support, business continuity consulting and enterprise implementations. The deal — executed while Intelliteach is PE-backed by Boston Ventures — adds Hilltop's Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Atlanta presences to Intelliteach's existing global footprint.
