Norwest Equity Partners Acquires QTI Fibers from Highlander Partners

Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) completed a transaction to acquire QTI Fibers, a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of technical fibers, fabrics and coated materials, on July 1, 2022. NEP intends to support product, customer and end-market expansion at QTI, which operates major manufacturing facilities in Dothan, Alabama and Colfax, North Carolina; management will be led by Allen Smith (CEO) with Roger Arciniega as Non‑Executive Chairman.
