Quiltcraft Industries Acquires Fabtex Inc. After Willistown Capital Recapitalization

Quiltcraft Industries, newly recapitalized by Houston-based private equity firm Willistown Capital, has acquired competitor Fabtex Inc. The deal creates a larger hospitality-focused textiles platform with expanded geographic reach, manufacturing and sourcing capabilities, and a combined workforce of more than 300 employees across the United States and Mexico.
