The Davlyn Group, a U.S.-based technical textiles manufacturer and portfolio company of Emko Capital, acquired Norfab and Amatex—producers of heat- and cut-resistant and thermal protection fabrics. Stonehenge Partners made an investment in The Davlyn Group to support these add-on acquisitions, which expand Davlyn's capabilities and manufacturing footprint in protective and high-temperature textile markets.
