Los Angeles-based Hawke Media has acquired Manchester-based digital marketing agency Social Nucleus to expand its presence into the United Kingdom and strengthen its ecommerce-focused marketing capabilities. The deal will integrate Social Nucleus's team and expertise with Hawke Media's outsourced-CMO services and platform to better serve clients across North America and Europe.
