Pamplona Capital Management has acquired a controlling interest in Latham Pool Products from Wynnchurch Capital; Wynnchurch will remain a significant investor alongside management and the founding family. Headquartered in Latham, New York, Latham is a leading North American manufacturer of in-ground pools, pool components and accessories with more than 20 manufacturing facilities and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. Pamplona said it will provide global resources and support Latham's growth and international expansion while the existing CEO, Scott Rajeski, continues to lead the company.

Wabtec Acquires L&M Radiator, Inc.

Wabtec Corporation has acquired L&M Radiator, Inc., a Hibbing, Minnesota–based manufacturer of heavy‑duty equipment radiators and heat exchangers, for $230 million in cash. The acquisition expands Wabtec's thermal management and mining product capabilities and is expected to be immediately accretive to EPS while delivering synergies over the next three years.

LDR Partners Acquires Active Radiator and Forms Active Thermal Solutions Platform

LDR Partners LP acquired Active Radiator, a Philadelphia-based manufacturer, servicer and distributor of heavy-duty radiators and heat exchangers, in a transaction that closed July 3, 2025. LDR combined Active with Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer under a unified platform, Active Thermal Solutions, to build the largest U.S. heavy manufacturing platform for aluminum industrial heat exchangers and expand aftermarket and OEM capabilities.

Radiant Logistics, Inc. acquired the operations of Cascade Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc., a Minneapolis-based operator that has run under Radiant's Airgroup brand since 2007. Cascade will operate under the Airgroup brand through 2022 and transition to the Radiant brand in early 2023 as its operations are combined with Radiant’s existing Minneapolis business, expanding Radiant’s local capabilities and access to its Navegate trade-management technology.

Hayward Holdings Acquires Halco Lighting Technologies' Specialty Lighting Business
