LDR Partners Acquires Active Radiator and Forms Active Thermal Solutions Platform

LDR Partners LP acquired Active Radiator, a Philadelphia-based manufacturer, servicer and distributor of heavy-duty radiators and heat exchangers, in a transaction that closed July 3, 2025. LDR combined Active with Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer under a unified platform, Active Thermal Solutions, to build the largest U.S. heavy manufacturing platform for aluminum industrial heat exchangers and expand aftermarket and OEM capabilities.

Wabtec Acquires Bloom Engineering for $69M

Wabtec Corporation has acquired Bloom Engineering, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based provider of industrial burners and combustion systems, for $69 million in cash. The purchase expands Wabtec’s heat transfer and energy solutions capabilities and is expected to be immediately accretive to EPS, with synergies to be realized over the next three years.

LDR Growth Partners Acquires Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer

Latham Group Acquires Radiant Pools

Latham Group, Inc. acquired Radiant Pools for approximately $90 million to expand its product portfolio into vinyl-lined, aluminum-walled swimming pools. Radiant Pools, headquartered in Albany, New York and generating about $35 million in annual sales, will be integrated into Latham's dealer network with prior owner Tony Sirco remaining on as a partner to oversee integration.

Wabtec Acquires ARINC Rail Solutions Business from Collins Aerospace

Wabtec Corporation has acquired Collins Aerospace’s ARINC rail solutions business segment to expand its digital and electronics portfolio for rail optimization; financial terms were not disclosed. The ARINC rail solutions business provides dispatch, back-office, PTC integration, customer information, cybersecurity and life-cycle management services for transit, regional, inter-city, commuter, subway and light rail systems across the U.S. and Canada.

Active Thermal Solutions (LDR Partners) Acquires D&B Heat Transfer Products

Active Thermal Solutions, a portfolio company of LDR Partners, has acquired D&B Heat Transfer Products, a Grand Rapids, Michigan–based radiator and heat-exchanger service provider. The add-on expands Active’s Midwest footprint, integrates D&B into the Active Radiator network, and broadens capabilities in DPF cleaning and aftermarket parts distribution to strengthen regional service coverage.
