LDR Growth Partners Acquires Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer

LDR Growth Partners acquired the businesses of Cincinnati Radiator Inc. and Ohio Heat Transfer Ltd. in a private transaction. The two Midwest-based manufacturers of heavy-duty heat exchangers and radiators will be scaled through capacity expansion, vertical integration, and continued focus on fast delivery to OEM customers under LDR ownership.
