Main Street partnered with an unnamed co‑investor and Orttech’s existing owners and management; Orttech is a Solon, Ohio‑based value‑added distributor of clutches, brakes and torque control products serving metal forming, marine, winch and agriculture markets across North America.

LDR Partners LP acquired Active Radiator, a Philadelphia-based manufacturer, servicer and distributor of heavy-duty radiators and heat exchangers, in a transaction that closed July 3, 2025. LDR combined Active with Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer under a unified platform, Active Thermal Solutions, to build the largest U.S. heavy manufacturing platform for aluminum industrial heat exchangers and expand aftermarket and OEM capabilities.

The Wissman family retained a significant ownership stake and Doug Wissman will join the company's board; Twin Brook Capital Partners and Maranon Capital provided financing. Triad is a Vandalia, Ohio-based value-added distributor of industrial fluid power and automation solutions, serving more than 7,000 active customers across 21 locations.

Energy Fuels Acquires RadTran LLC

Energy Fuels Inc. acquired RadTran LLC, a private specialist in radioisotope separation, to accelerate development and production of medical isotopes (notably Ra-226 and Ra-228) used in targeted alpha therapies for cancer. The deal (closed August 16, 2024) paid $1.5M cash, $1.5M in shares, a 2% royalty on future radium revenues and up to $14M in additional cash/shares tied to milestones; RadTran's CEO Saleem Drera joins Energy Fuels to lead radioisotope efforts.
