The add-on expands Seal For Life’s corrosion protection and pipeline coating capabilities and extends its global footprint across Canada, the Netherlands, the United States and the United Arab Emirates; Canusa employs over 250 people.

The combined company will offer a broad wood coatings portfolio (including lacquers, waterborne, UV-cured and polyurethanes) for flooring, cabinet and furniture manufacturers; Normand Guindon will serve as Executive Chairman and Robert Jamieson was named President & CEO.
