Henkel Acquires Seal for Life Industries from Arsenal Capital Partners

Henkel has signed an agreement to acquire US-based Seal for Life Industries LLC from private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners. Seal for Life is a global supplier of protective coating and sealing solutions with ~€250m of sales in 2023 and more than 650 employees; the acquisition strengthens Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business and expands its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions and protective-coatings capabilities.
