The deal adds two colocation assets to American Tower’s data-center portfolio and expands its presence in the Atlanta and Florida markets; DH Capital served as sole financial advisor to DataSite.

CoreSite Acquires Denver Gas and Electric Building

The acquisition brings about 100 interconnection-rich customers to CoreSite, strengthens its Any2Denver peering exchange, and simplifies access to Google Cloud Platform onramps to support growing cloud, enterprise and network demand in the Rocky Mountain region.

CBRE Caledon Acquires Majority Stake in CitySwitch Tower Holdings

CBRE Caledon Capital Management has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in CitySwitch Tower Holdings, a build-to-suit wireless tower developer and operator, from funds managed by American Infrastructure Funds LLC and other shareholders. The investment (made on behalf of a CBRE Caledon fund and a separately managed account) will support CitySwitch's expansion of its tower portfolio and build-to-suit pipeline across the eastern United States.

Core Specialty Completes Acquisition of American Surety Company and Underwriters Surety

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. has completed the acquisition of American Surety Company and Underwriters Surety, creating a new Surety Division and adding bail bonds and commercial surety bond product lines. The deal was completed with a mix of cash and stock, preserves the American Surety brand and management team, and brings approximately $93 million in 2023 GAAP gross premiums written to Core Specialty.

CoStar Group Acquires Ten-X Commercial

CoStar Group agreed to acquire Ten-X Commercial for $190 million in cash. The acquisition brings Ten-X's digital commercial real estate auction and transaction platform (which has transacted roughly $24 billion in sales) into CoStar's ecosystem to integrate with LoopNet and expand CoStar's end-to-end online transaction capabilities.
