CoreSite, an American Tower company, has acquired the Denver Gas and Electric Building and its related operating businesses in downtown Denver, adding roughly 3 critical megawatts and nearly doubling the footprint of its DE1 campus. The acquisition brings about 100 interconnection-rich customers to CoreSite, strengthens its Any2Denver peering exchange, and simplifies access to Google Cloud Platform onramps to support growing cloud, enterprise and network demand in the Rocky Mountain region.
