The investment is intended to accelerate Caliber.global's global footprint and growth, supporting both organic expansion and further M&A activity.

Heckler & Koch (H&K AG) Acquires Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH

H&K AG (Heckler & Koch) has acquired all shares in Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH of Oberndorf am Neckar from the Chrom-Müller Besitz GbR and the Stark and Müller-Stark families for a high single-digit million euro purchase price. The acquisition secures in-house chrome-plating expertise for weapon barrels and allows H&K to diversify those capabilities into civil markets such as automotive, mechanical engineering and aerospace. Further transaction details were agreed to be kept confidential.

Digital Artistry Acquires Croton Watches

The deal brings Croton's e-commerce-first retail operation (over $40 million in annual revenue) under Digital Artistry's ownership with founder David Mermelstein remaining as Chairman to guide product design.

Stealth Monitoring Acquires Caliber Communications and Syncro Monitoring

Stealth Monitoring, a Dallas-based provider of live video monitoring solutions, has acquired Caliber Communications and Syncro Monitoring (collectively “Caliber”), based in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The deal — supported by additional capital from Stealth’s existing investors Twin Point Capital, LLR Partners, and Auxo Management — expands Stealth’s AI-driven monitoring capabilities and intellectual property; the combined business will operate across 40+ offices with more than 2,000 employees and monitor 5,000+ client sites in North America.

Hg Acquires CUBE from Bregal Milestone

Hg has acquired a stake in CUBE, a UK-headquartered leader in AI-driven automated regulatory intelligence and regulatory change management, with CUBE founder and CEO Ben Richmond investing alongside Hg. The transaction represents a full exit for Bregal Milestone; terms were not disclosed. Hg said it will support CUBE's next phase of growth to scale the product, expand globally and pursue complementary M&A.

Crown Crafts Acquires Baby Boom Consumer Products

Crown Crafts, Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of Baby Boom Consumer Products, Inc., expanding Crown Crafts' presence in the toddler bedding category and adding diaper bags and licensed-product offerings. The transaction was financed via an $8 million term loan and additional borrowings under Crown Crafts' revolving credit facility; Crown Crafts paid $18 million subject to customary working capital adjustments.
