Tailwind Capital Acquires GrayMatter from Hamilton Robinson

Tailwind Capital has made a majority investment to acquire GrayMatter (GrayMatter Systems), a Pittsburgh-based provider of industrial automation, MES, analytics and OT cybersecurity solutions, from Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners. The investment will support GrayMatter's platform growth — including deeper product and people investment and a buy-and-build M&A strategy led by newly named Executive Chairman Paul Galeski.
