GrayMatter has acquired Richmond, Virginia-based E-Merge Systems to expand its Industrial Intelligence and systems-integration capabilities, including instrumentation, control, industrial networking and analytics, and to strengthen its mid-Atlantic presence. E-Merge co-founders will take on leadership roles at GrayMatter as the firm integrates E-Merge's engineering team and client portfolio across manufacturing, water/wastewater, food & beverage and energy markets.
