Graycliff Partners Acquires Electro-Mechanical Corporation

Graycliff Partners LP has completed the acquisition of Electro-Mechanical Corporation (EMC), a Bristol, Virginia-based manufacturer of medium-voltage switchgear, transformers and custom power systems. EMC, a family-owned business since 1958 that sells to utilities, renewable generators, mining and industrial customers, will operate with Graycliff’s support to accelerate growth while preserving the company’s legacy.
