Graycliff Partners' portfolio company WorldWide Electric has completed the acquisition of Georator Corporation and its subsidiary Athlon Generator. The deal expands WorldWide Electric's product offering to include rotary and solid-state frequency converters and generators, strengthening its capabilities for industrial, aerospace and government customers as an add-on to the platform.
