Nortal has acquired U.S.-based Nearsure, a technology solutions provider with talent across Latin America, to accelerate Nortal's expansion across the Americas and strengthen its AI, low-code and enterprise delivery capabilities. Nearsure—which employs more than 600 technology professionals—will merge with Nortal’s U.S. operations and rebrand in 2025, enabling expanded nearshore delivery for clients in healthcare, government, financial services and other sectors.

Accela Acquires Novotx

Accela, a provider of cloud software for local and state governments, has acquired Novotx, a GIS-native infrastructure asset and work management software provider. The acquisition expands Accela's Civic Platform to support the full lifecycle of public infrastructure — from planning and permitting through operations, maintenance, and long‑term asset stewardship — and will integrate Novotx's GIS-native capabilities for asset, work order, and field operations management.
