San Diego-based Mission Healthcare has acquired Northern California-based Healthy Living Network, a multi-state network of independently owned home health agencies operating across six western states. The deal expands Mission's West Coast footprint into four new states and increases its scale—positioning the combined organization as one of the largest home-based care providers on the West Coast.
