Mission Healthcare Acquires Alliance Home Health & Hospice Care

San Diego-based Mission Healthcare has acquired Alliance Home Health & Hospice Care, a Medicare-certified home health and hospice provider in Pleasanton, California. The deal is Mission's first acquisition outside Southern California and expands its continuum-of-care services into the Bay Area to provide home health, hospice and palliative care under Mission's model and technology.

Agape Care Group Acquires Hope Hospice and Assured Hospice

Three Oaks Hospice Acquires Four Hospice Providers

Three Oaks Hospice said it completed four acquisitions since launching in May 2019, adding operations from Peace Hospice and Palliative Care, VeraCare Hospice, Hospice Partners of America and AMED Management. The deals expand Three Oaks' footprint into markets including Houston, Austin, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Joseph (MO) and Overland Park (KS), bringing the company to nine markets across four states and supporting more than 200,000 patient days of care annually.

LHC Group Acquires Heart 'n Home Hospice

LHC Group, Inc. agreed to purchase Heart 'n Home Hospice, headquartered in Fruitland, Idaho, expanding its hospice footprint in Idaho and marking its initial entry into hospice services in Oregon. The deal includes three hospice providers operating 10 locations (six in southwestern Idaho and four in central/eastern Oregon), is expected to close July 1, 2021, and is expected to generate approximately $20 million of annualized revenue.

Care Hospice Acquires Hospice of Chattanooga
