Three Oaks Hospice Acquires Four Hospice Providers

Three Oaks Hospice said it completed four acquisitions since launching in May 2019, adding operations from Peace Hospice and Palliative Care, VeraCare Hospice, Hospice Partners of America and AMED Management. The deals expand Three Oaks' footprint into markets including Houston, Austin, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Joseph (MO) and Overland Park (KS), bringing the company to nine markets across four states and supporting more than 200,000 patient days of care annually.
