Three Oaks Hospice, a newly formed hospice operator founded in May 2019, completed acquisitions of hospice locations from Total Hospice & Palliative Care, ABS Palliative and Hospice Care, and Fellowship Hospice and secured more than $21 million of private equity. The funding was provided by Granite Growth Health Partners, Health Velocity Capital and Petra Capital Partners to support a Texas-focused platform build and further geographic expansion.
