4Front Ventures Corp. completed the acquisition of New England Cannabis Corporation (NECC), adding a fully operational 55,000 sq. ft. cultivation, processing and distribution facility in Holliston, Massachusetts. The purchase (announced Oct 2021; closed Jan 2022) significantly expands 4Front's Massachusetts cultivation canopy and manufacturing/distribution capacity and is expected to be immediately accretive to EBITDA.
