Blackstone to Acquire Sabre Industries from The Jordan Company

Blackstone (via its energy-focused funds, Blackstone Energy Partners) has agreed to acquire Sabre Industries, Inc. from The Jordan Company. Sabre, based in Alvarado, Texas, is a manufacturer of engineered overhead steel poles, towers, battery storage solutions and related services for utility and telecom end markets; it will remain an independent Blackstone portfolio company with management and employees staying in place and investing alongside Blackstone.
