CM Equity Partners (CMEP) has acquired Sabre Systems, Inc. from its founder and majority owner. Sabre is a long-standing federal services and defense contractor providing systems engineering, cybersecurity, C5ISR and digital transformation services to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies; CMEP said it will partner with Sabre's management to broaden capabilities and grow the business.

TMA Systems Acquires Eagle Technology

TMA Systems has agreed to acquire Eagle Technology, a Mequon, Wisconsin–based developer of Proteus MMX CMMS/EAM software. The deal, supported by a $68 million strategic growth investment in TMA from Silversmith Capital Partners, is intended to accelerate product innovation (IoT and predictive maintenance capabilities), expand end-market coverage into manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and add offices in Mequon and Monterrey, Mexico.

Saber’s management will retain a significant stake, and Blackstone Credit provided debt and equity financing to support the transaction; the Houston-area electrical infrastructure services firm will partner with Greenbelt to accelerate growth in grid modernization and energy-transition markets.
