Best Friends Pet Care, a portfolio company of Mosaic Capital Partners, has acquired Paws Pet Resort, a regional pet resort and services company based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Peakstone served as exclusive M&A advisor to Paws Pet Resort; terms were not disclosed. The deal is an add-on to Best Friends Pet Care's platform to expand its pet care footprint and service offering.

WagWay Group Adds Pawville to Its Network

The deal is valued at USD 50 million plus up to USD 30 million in earnouts, and will be consolidated into Vimian's Specialty Pharma segment; GlobalOne's co-founder Michael Farmer will continue to lead the business.

Zoetis Acquires Basepaws
