Impact Environmental Group (IEG) has acquired Maxbox Supplies, a Pearland, Texas-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of spill prevention and containment products. The deal expands IEG's product line and manufacturing capacity to support geographic expansion of its liquid waste solutions across the U.S., while Maxbox Rentals remains independent and outside the transaction.
