RELEX Solutions has acquired Ida, a Paris-based SaaS company that provides AI-driven fresh replenishment and store ordering optimization for loose and perishable grocery items. The acquisition integrates Ida’s store-level fresh optimization capabilities into RELEX’s AI-driven supply chain and retail planning platform to strengthen fresh store ordering, in-store production planning, and reduce waste while improving availability for grocery retailers across Western Europe.

Aptean Acquires Logility for $14.30 per Share
