Mubadala Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Witherslack Group

Mubadala Capital has taken a majority shareholding in Witherslack Group, the UK specialist education and care operator for children with special educational needs, in a deal done alongside Charme Capital Partners and the Group’s management team. Existing investors Charme Capital Partners and Livingbridge remain minority shareholders; the investment is intended to support Witherslack’s continued development and geographic expansion in the UK and into the Middle East.
