Frontier Tubular Solutions Acquires Lincoln Manufacturing

Frontier Tubular Solutions, a platform backed by SCF Partners, has acquired Lincoln Manufacturing, a provider of threaded and machined products and services to the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and construction industries. Lincoln, headquartered in Magnolia, Texas with additional facilities in Houston, Tomball, Texas and Strasburg, Ohio, will continue to operate under its existing brand while expanding Frontier's product offering and geographic footprint.

Vance Street Capital Acquires Applied Plastics

Vance Street Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Applied Plastics, a Norwood, Massachusetts-based provider of specialty PTFE coatings for medical device components. Terms were not disclosed; Applied CEO Dave Ring retains a material ownership stake and Vance Street said the deal strengthens its medtech capabilities and expands its Fund II portfolio.

ISCO Industries Acquires Infinity Plastics

ISCO Industries, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Infinity Plastics, a Mayville, Wisconsin manufacturer of fabricated HDPE piping products. The asset purchase expands ISCO's U.S. footprint and manufacturing capacity, adding a strategic production location to support increased customer demand across multiple piping end markets.

Vortex Companies Acquires Applied Felts Inc.

(including brands MaxLiner and FerraTex Solutions) to integrate manufacturing and distribution of cured-in-place pipe liners and related products across the Americas.
