Vortex Companies has acquired Applied Felts Inc. (including brands MaxLiner and FerraTex Solutions) to integrate manufacturing and distribution of cured-in-place pipe liners and related products across the Americas. The deal brings Applied Felts’ Americas manufacturing and distribution under Vortex to shorten supply chains, expand local support and streamline R&D, while Applied Felts Ltd. (U.K.) remains with W.E. Rawson for non‑Americas operations.
