Borgman Capital Acquires Harlo Corporation

Borgman Capital, a Milwaukee-based private investment firm, has acquired Harlo Corporation, an 88-year-old manufacturer of rough terrain forklifts headquartered in Grandville, Michigan. The transaction transfers ownership from the Crooks family to Borgman Capital; Harlo will continue to operate under its name with existing leadership and 54 employees, and will gain resources to expand capacity and product development.
