DXP Enterprises Acquires Triangle Pump & Equipment, Inc.

DXP Enterprises, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Triangle Pump & Equipment, Inc., a Ridgefield, Washington-based manufacturer's representative and distributor of pumps and process equipment serving the municipal and industrial water/wastewater markets. The deal, funded with cash, expands DXP’s Water division geographically and adds aftermarket repair and service capabilities; Triangle reported approximately $15.1 million of sales and $2.4 million of adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ended June 30, 2025.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Sullivan Environmental Technologies

Financial terms were not disclosed; Sullivan reported approximately $4.4 million of sales and $1.6 million of adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ending July 31, 2022. The deal expands DXP's water and wastewater capabilities and is the company's fourth acquisition in 2022 (eleventh since Q4 2020).
