(NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisition of Moores Pump & Services, Inc., a full-service fabricator and repair provider of rotating equipment and pumping systems headquartered in Broussard, Louisiana. The business — which generated approximately $10.3 million in sales and $1.8 million of adjusted EBITDA for the trailing twelve months ended May 30, 2025 — will expand DXP's rotating equipment division and Gulf Coast service capabilities; the deal was funded from DXP's balance sheet.
