(NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisition of Hennesy Mechanical Sales LLC, a manufacturers' representative specializing in municipal water, wastewater and industrial pump sales, service and repair across Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas. The deal, funded with cash on DXP's balance sheet, adds approximately $10.1 million of LTM sales and $1.2 million of adjusted EBITDA and is intended to expand DXP's Water platform capabilities and geographic reach.
