Private equity funds managed by Blackstone have reached a definitive agreement to acquire Interior Logic Group (ILG) from Littlejohn & Co., Platinum Equity and other equity holders for approximately $1.6 billion. ILG is a technology-enabled provider of interior design, supply chain and installation management solutions to large single-family homebuilders across 37 states; Blackstone said it will support ILG's geographic expansion, accelerate technology innovation and pursue growth opportunities.

Impact Property Solutions, a Dallas-based portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital, has acquired the Property Services division of Interior Logic Group. The division — based in Portland, Oregon and operating 27 branches — expands Impact’s footprint from 13 to 30 locations, strengthening its service capabilities across the Sunbelt and establishing a presence in the Western U.S.

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
