Intragen, a portfolio company backed by FPE (FPE Fund II), has acquired AspisID, an identity and access management (IAM) consulting, development and managed-services provider. The acquisition adds a Dutch HQ in Utrecht, a delivery team in Athens, multi-year client contracts across 10 countries, and increases Intragen’s headcount to more than 170, strengthening its IAM capabilities and geographic footprint.

SailPoint will integrate Imprivata's IGA with its Identity Security Cloud, support customers who remain on Imprivata's IGA platform through 2027, and promote Imprivata as its exclusive enterprise access management partner in healthcare while Imprivata focuses on access management, mobile, and privileged access solutions.
