Oakley Capital and Eurazeo to acquire I-TRACING

Oakley Capital Fund V has been granted exclusivity to acquire a co-controlling stake in French managed security services provider I-TRACING alongside Eurazeo, with Sagard NewGen reinvesting as a minority investor. CVC Credit is providing debt financing to support the transaction; the deal is subject to employee consultation and regulatory approvals. I-TRACING, founded in Paris in 2005, employs ~700 cybersecurity experts across multiple countries and will use the investment to pursue organic growth, M&A and hiring.

IDnow Acquires identity Trust Management AG

The deal expands IDnow's portfolio of verification methods and retains identity Trust Management's Düsseldorf location and employees to strengthen IDnow's offerings across telecommunications, insurance and financial services verticals.

The deal expands IDnow's product portfolio and European footprint (locations in France, Spain, Romania, Poland and the UK) and brings ARIADNEXT's ~125 employees and multi-jurisdiction capabilities into a single pan‑European identity-verification platform.
