Agility CIS, a cloud-based utility billing and customer experience provider backed by SilverTree Equity and Pioneer Capital, has acquired US-based cloud-native energy solutions vendor Znalytics. The deal expands Agility's footprint in the United States, opens access to the deregulated Japanese market, and strengthens its product and delivery capabilities with Znalytics' cloud-native platform and IoT solutions.
