Tally Group has entered into an agreement to merge with Agility CIS, combining Tally's cloud-native SaaS energy platform with Agility's billing expertise in Australia and New Zealand. The combined business will rebrand Agility's ANZ operations as Tally Group and aims to accelerate product capability and international expansion for energy retailers.

Carbon6 Acquires Junglytics

Toronto-based e-commerce software aggregator Carbon6 has acquired Washington, D.C.-based AI-powered retail analytics platform Junglytics for an undisclosed amount. The deal will integrate Junglytics' GPT-4 powered conversational analytics into Carbon6's data platform to give Amazon and other online sellers AI-driven, actionable insights.

Zscaler Acquires Cloudneeti

Zscaler announced the intent to acquire Cloudneeti, a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) startup, to extend Zscaler's Cloud Security Platform with public-cloud misconfiguration detection and automated remediation capabilities. The acquisition will broaden Zscaler's data protection coverage across SaaS, IaaS and PaaS environments; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close prior to Zscaler's fiscal third quarter.

The acquisition combines Syndigo's Content Experience Hub with Content Analytics' end-to-end eCommerce platform to strengthen content management, syndication and analytics capabilities across consumer, retail and eCommerce markets; terms were not disclosed.
