Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired The Kaizen Company, a Washington, D.C.-based international development advisory and management consulting firm with more than 150 staff. The acquisition expands Tetra Tech's international development management consulting capabilities and integrates Kaizen into Tetra Tech's Government Services Group; terms were not disclosed.

The transaction consideration includes C$3 million in cash, 2.76 million Nanalysis shares (two-year lock-up) and up to C$1 million in earn-outs; closing was expected by Dec 31, 2021.

Improving Acquires Jump Analytics
