Burton Plumbing Services, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Allen Service, a Fort Collins-based provider of residential HVAC and plumbing installation and repair. The add-on expands Burton’s geographic reach into the Rocky Mountain region and adds scale to its field technician staff and service vehicle fleet.

#1 Cochran Acquires Flynn Automotive Group

Pittsburgh-based automotive retailer #1 Cochran has acquired the Flynn Automotive Group, adding four dealerships (two in Boardman, one in East Liverpool and one in Columbiana) and a collision center. Most of Flynn Group’s approximately 225 employees are joining #1 Cochran, expanding the buyer’s footprint in eastern Ohio and increasing its store count and brand offerings in the Boardman/Youngstown market.

Huron Capital-backed Pueblo Mechanical & Controls (an ExecFactor platform) acquired Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing, a full-service commercial plumbing provider in the greater Phoenix area. The add-on expands Pueblo's service offering by adding plumbing as a new service line; financial terms were not disclosed and Niemeyer leadership will remain in place.
