Burton Plumbing Services Acquires Mr. Holland's (Holland Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Mr. Holland's Electric, Inc.)

Burton Plumbing Services, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Holland Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Mr. Holland's Electric, Inc. (collectively “Mr. Holland's”), a provider of residential HVAC, electrical, and duct cleaning services in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area. The add-on expands Burton's geographic reach into southeastern Wisconsin and adds scale to its field technician workforce and service vehicle fleet.

The add-on expands Burton's market coverage into the Lincoln metropolitan area and increases its field technician staff and service vehicle fleet; the deal is ShoreView's first add-on since its March 2020 investment in Burton.

The investment will support Burton's organic growth and continued add-on acquisition strategy; ShoreView, the prior sponsor, exited its investment as part of the transaction.

The transactions are Burton's fourth through sixth add-ons since ShoreView's March 2020 investment and add meaningful scale to Burton's field technician staff and service vehicle fleet.
