Pittsburgh-based eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired U.S.-based Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS), a management information system (MIS) software provider founded in 1989 that serves over 200 customers in North America. The deal expands ePS’s product portfolio and strengthens its leadership in the SMB print and packaging MIS market by integrating EPMS’s customer base and technology into ePS’s global offerings.

MPS Interactive Systems Limited Acquires E.I. Design Private Limited

Design Private Limited, an India-headquartered eLearning and learning experience design company. The deal expands MPS' eLearning platform, content-creation capabilities, market share and geographic reach, while Aleutian Capital Group acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to E.I. Design.

E78 Partners, a private-equity‑backed provider of finance, accounting and technology solutions, has acquired Profit Enhancement Systems (PES), a technology‑enabled managed service provider focused on cloud, mobility and infrastructure cost optimization. PES will form the basis of a new cost‑optimization business unit within E78, expanding E78's capability to reduce IT and cloud spend for Fortune 500, private equity portfolio and middle‑market clients. The deal was announced July 5, 2022; financial terms and a selling party were not disclosed.
