(EIR), a Boston-based SAP SuccessFactors partner, has acquired PLESM, a boutique consultancy focused exclusively on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). The acquisition brings PLESM's LMS expertise and founder Sumanth Reddy into EIR as Vice President of the LMS Practice to deepen EIR's learning, rollout, validation, and continuous optimization capabilities.

NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS) has acquired Munich-based MST Group GmbH through its wholly owned subsidiary NIIT (Ireland) Limited for €22.37 million. The acquisition expands NIIT MTS' presence in the DACH region, adds over 100 employees and marquee automotive, industrial and energy clients, and brings MST's QuickStart Learning Academy capabilities and Hungary nearshore capacity into NIIT's managed learning services portfolio.

Audax Private Equity Acquires EIS, Inc.

The purchase expands KPA's training and LMS capabilities and is an add-on to its PE-backed platform.
