MPS Interactive Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of MPS Limited, has completed the acquisition of E.I. Design Private Limited, an India-headquartered eLearning and learning experience design company. The deal expands MPS' eLearning platform, content-creation capabilities, market share and geographic reach, while Aleutian Capital Group acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to E.I. Design.

Keysight Technologies Acquires ESI Group

Keysight Technologies announced the successful result of its cash tender offer for ESI Group shares and will hold 98.2% of ESI's share capital following settlement. Keysight said it will request a squeeze-out of remaining shares at the same cash price (€155 per share); ESI is a France-based provider of predictive physics modeling and virtual prototyping software with ~1,000 employees and ~€130m in 2022 revenue.

Stantec Acquires Environmental Systems Design, Inc.

Stantec has signed an agreement to acquire Environmental Systems Design, Inc. (ESD), a 270-person Chicago-based engineering firm specializing in mission critical and data center design. The deal—terms undisclosed and expected to close June 30, 2023—deepens Stantec's mission-critical/data center capabilities and expands its U.S. MEP and structural engineering practice by roughly 40%.

NV5 Acquires Technical Design Services, Inc.

NV5 Global, Inc. acquired Technical Design Services, Inc. (TDSi), a Chicago-based provider of data center and technology infrastructure design and consulting services. The deal (cash and stock) expands NV5's capabilities in data center, audiovisual, security, and telecommunications design, adds recurring revenue (approximately 80% of TDSi's revenue), and strengthens NV5's relationships in the aviation and government sectors.
