Gulfeagle Supply has completed the acquisition of Broward Roofing Supply, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing materials in Southeast Florida. The JIAN Group advised the seller, Broward Roofing Supply (owner Van Snowball), on the transaction; Gulfeagle said the deal expands its footprint and growth opportunities for Broward employees.
