Sodexo has acquired Foodee, a corporate meal-planning and restaurant-aggregation platform, integrating Foodee’s off‑premise delivery and menu-planning technology into Sodexo’s Corporate Services segment. The acquisition expands Sodexo’s North American offering (Foodee operates across the U.S. and Canada) and will broaden Foodee’s reach into additional cities while strengthening Sodexo’s capabilities for supporting clients with flexible workforces.

Senior Helpers Acquires Miller Home Care LLC

Senior Helpers, the national in-home senior care franchisor (owned by Advocate Aurora Enterprises), acquired Miller Home Care LLC, a Milwaukee-based franchise location, converting it to a corporate store. The acquisition expands Senior Helpers’ corporate footprint in the Greater Milwaukee area and will serve as a center for staff training, program incubation and new service development to be rolled out across its franchise network.

LHC Group Acquires Summit Home Care

The small, multi-location home health agency provides skilled nursing and therapy services across Delaware and the deal expands LHC Group’s presence in the region; financial terms were not disclosed.

HouseWorks Acquires AccordCare's Connecticut Personal Care Division

PurposeCare Acquires Home Sweet Home In-Home Care

PurposeCare, a Lorient Capital-backed home health platform, has acquired Home Sweet Home In-Home Care, a St. Joseph, Michigan-based home health agency founded in 2011. The deal expands PurposeCare's Midwest footprint and adds roughly 400 patients and more than 300 caregivers to its platform as it consolidates several regional agencies under one brand.
