The Halifax Group Acquires Sodexo Worldwide Home Care Division

The Halifax Group has agreed to acquire the Worldwide Home Care division of Sodexo, a global franchised and company-owned in-home care business operating across eight countries. The division — headquartered in Irvine, California and operating brands including Comfort Keepers — employs about 12,000 people and will remain led by CEO Natalie Black as Halifax looks to accelerate growth and expand the business.
