PurposeCare Acquires Home Sweet Home In-Home Care

PurposeCare, a Lorient Capital-backed home health platform, has acquired Home Sweet Home In-Home Care, a St. Joseph, Michigan-based home health agency founded in 2011. The deal expands PurposeCare's Midwest footprint and adds roughly 400 patients and more than 300 caregivers to its platform as it consolidates several regional agencies under one brand.
